State Theater Cleveland
State Theatre Cleveland has been a landmark in the city since 1921 when it originally opened. The venue is home to the Cleveland Ballet and Cleveland Opera. The State Theatre box office is located on 1519 Euclid Avenue in downtown Cleveland, Ohio and is a part of Playhouse Square Center. This area is the second largest theater complex in the United States. The State Theater was built in an Italian Renaissance style with a seating capacity of 3,400. The State Theatre Cleveland was closed form 1969 to 1984, then reopening with a beautifully done $7 million restoration and stagehouse.
